If you are looking to return any merchandise you have purchased from RevolvingAV.co.uk, you must notify us within 7 days of you receiving the item with the item being unopened and in brand new condition.
Installation Services and Digital Content are non-refundable for any reason.
If the items are damaged on arrival, please contact us.
Items which are marked as Special Order in a item’s description cannot be returned and are non-refundable as this is a custom order from our select distributors.
We are unable to accept returns for international orders due to the expenses.
Once we have received the request to return the item, we can start the return process. We will send you a shipping label via email which you are to stick on and ship back to us.
If the items are not shipped within 7 days of the refund being started, we will cancel the refund and any items and if we receive after that point will be sent back to you.
The shipping is insured with our couriers up to £1000. If you want a higher insurance on a return parcel, you must contact us to pay the additional insurance cost and if we receive any items that is damaged or inoperable which is the reason of poor packaging, this will be considered your fault and items which are damaged and are not in acceptable condition will not be refunded and sent back to you.
However if we receive the items and if we’re happy with the condition of the item’s, we will issue a refund to your charging payment method which can take up to 3-5 working days.
If the payment was made via Bank Transfer, we will contact you to obtain the banking details that’s required for us to issue a refund.
